Everything starts in the ARC Portal — the website where you manage your account, trial, subscription, license, and software downloads. You don’t need to install anything yet.
Create your account
- Go to portal.automationroomcontrol.io/signup.
- Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Business Name, and Email.
- Choose a Password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
- Select Create account.
Verify your email
After you sign up, ARC sends a verification link to your email. Open that email and click the link to activate your account and start your 30-day trial.
Verify before you sign in
You won’t be able to sign in until you’ve clicked the verification link. If it doesn’t arrive in a minute or two, check your spam folder.
Your 30-day full-access trial
Email verification creates your primary location and activates a 30-day full-access trial. This is the complete ARC product, not the feature-capped ARC Explore evaluation license: games are not limited to 18 minutes and all standard features are available throughout the trial. No credit card is required to begin.
ARC Explore still exists as a separate, capped evaluation license, but it isn’t what a normal signup receives — ARC only issues it on request. If you have one, your games are capped at 18 minutes, an Evaluation Mode badge appears on your screens, player displays carry a “Powered by ARC” watermark, and the optional add-ons stay locked until you move to a full license.
Once your email is verified, sign in to the Portal. Your Primary Location and trial license are ready automatically.
- Open Locations and select Primary Location.
- Set the location name and timezone for your business.
- Open Software → Downloads to get the installer.
- When you decide to continue, open Billing and select Add billing to continue. Stripe preserves the trial end date; it does not shorten your remaining evaluation time.
If 30 days is not enough to complete a real room evaluation, contact ARC before the trial ends. Qualified trials can be extended while you finish testing.
Optional add-ons
- Cloud Connect — cloud-connected features for linking ARC to outside services. Currently a limited preview, free for a limited time.
- Cloud Backup — automatic off-site backups of your ARC setup and data, $5/month per location. (Local backup and restore are built into ARC already.)
Pricing
ARC is $65/month per location, and $50/month for each additional location. The current pricing is always shown in the Portal when you add a location — check there for the latest numbers.
