Everything starts in the ARC Portal — the website where you manage your account, subscription, license, and software downloads. You don’t need to install anything yet.
Create your account
- Go to portal.automationroomcontrol.io/signup.
- Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Business Name, and Email.
- Choose a Password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
- Select Create Account.
Verify your email
After you sign up, ARC sends a verification link to your email. Open that email and click the link to activate your account.
Verify before you sign in
You won’t be able to sign in until you’ve clicked the verification link. If it doesn’t arrive in a minute or two, check your spam folder.
Start your trial and add a subscription
Once your email is verified, sign in to the Portal. If you don’t have a subscription yet, you’ll see a welcome screen with an Add subscription button.
- Select Add subscription.
- Choose the ARC Core plan — the base subscription, priced per location.
- Name the location this subscription is for.
- Add any optional add-ons (see below), then confirm.
Your 30-day free trial starts automatically, so you can set everything up before any billing begins.
Optional add-ons
- Cloud Connect — remote connectivity and telemetry for linking ARC to cloud services.
- Cloud Backup — scheduled and manual backup archives stored in the cloud. (Local backup and restore are built into ARC already.)
Pricing
ARC Core is billed per location, with a lower rate for each additional location. The current pricing is always shown in the Portal when you add a subscription — check there for the latest numbers.

With an active trial, your software downloads unlock in the Portal. Continue to Download and install ARC.
